Organizations and employees cannot survive in this economy without innovative thinking and demonstrating they can think creatively and be productive. This event will cover: 1) How to improve and sustain Innovation while getting guaranteed results., 2) Learn about a process that has helped companies generate over 2 million ideas valued at over 3 million dollars., and 3) Network with other employers, job seekers and entrepreneurs. We will be covering two topics, a Brain Game designed to identify strengths in innovation and strategies to maneuver through a 4-stage process set up to innovate and a Goal Setting Session designed to help solve actual problems or make progress in achieving goals (individual, team or organizational goals). This workshop will be led by Renie McClay. Renie has facilitated programs on creativity and innovation at companies like Kraft, Pactiv, CDW, Sylvan Learning and more. She is certified as an Innovation Trainer, Innovation Facilitator, and Innovation Coach by Solution People.
