Our speaker, Andy Leach, has over 20 years of experience in marketing and strategy development from the telecommunications and contact center industry with such firms as IBM, Cisco Systems, Aspect Telecommunications, and recently as Vice President of eLoyalty, a professional services firm focused on customer relationship management. Mr. Leach is going to chronicle the rise and fall of The Ticket Reserve, a Chicago based start-up that he founded with two partners in 2001. He will provide real-world insights into the company from its initial inception, funding history, commercial success, strategic investment and eventual downfall. This "lessons learned" session will be invaluable to emerging growth company entrepreneurs.
